Water Sanitation and Hygiene(WASH) Project

The Rotary Club of Owerri Newtown is pleased to announce the successful completion of it's water sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Project at Owerri City Secondary School, Owerri. Imo State.Donation:We are proud to have donated Instant Microbial Water Filters to the school, providing access to clean and safe drinking water for over 4000 students and the staffs.The Instant Microbial Water Filter is a low-cost, effective solution that removes 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, and contaminants from water, reducing the risk of water-borne diseases.Impact:This project aims to improve the health, hygiene, and academic performance of the student, while also promoting good sanitation and hygiene practices.Special Thanks:we extend our gratitude to Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange and EnvironFocus.(Sustainability aligning with Business).
